Our subscription fee covers 8 to 12 deliveries per month (depending on which subscription package you choose) from shops of your choice. The fee covers personalised shopping, picking the best produce for you, fuel and delivery charges, as well as unpacking at the delivery location, if required. Everything apart from the cost of the shopping itself is covered. We make no profit from the cost of your shopping items. Payment for these goods can be made upon delivery.
Our Plus Subscription also offers a parcel collection and drop-off service. With this service, we can collect packed parcels that you wish to send, from your home and take them to local drop-off shop for you. We can also collect parcels that you have waiting for you from local collection points and bring them to you (Amazon, DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail & Yodel parcels included).

No. Our subscription plans work on monthly rolling basis with no obligation to continue after this time.

Our deliveries can be made up of shopping from any shops in the local area, allowing you to pick and mix from multiple locations, including supermarkets and shops that currently do not offer a delivery service themselves. We also pick the best quality groceries and expiration dates possible for our customers.
We are always available for you to contact us regarding your shopping (including discussing specific requests or substitutions whilst shopping for you, if a product is unavailable) and we can be flexible on delivery times to suit you. We provide support with delivering directly to your door and also unpacking your groceries, if desired.
